Tanner in Rowlett, Texas

Tanner is a six month old energetic little boy.

He found his way to rescue when his human baby sister proved to be allergic to him. He has fit in well at his foster home. He gets along with his foster sisters, although they tire of his puppy antics! He loves toys and will scatter them everywhere. He loves to go on walks, rides in the car, to play chase, tuggie, ball, basically anything active. At the end of his busy day, he likes to snuggle on the sofa with his foster mom before he spends the night in his crate.

He is about 90% on potty training. He does great as long as you remind him to go outside and make sure that he goes before he comes back inside.

He has been neutered, up to date on all shots, heartworm negative and micro-chipped with no known health problems.

Tanner needs his adoptive parents to be experienced dog owners. He would be great in a young family with children that could match his energy.

He will benefit from a daily walk and a couple of play sessions. He will need to be helped on his potty training once at his new home, and so having a parent home most of the time is a must. Tanner loves to play with other dogs, and he would be happy if he had a doggie playmate.
