This boy came to rescue when his owner died. Charlie is loving and wants to be a good boy who is close to his people. He’s very endearing. Charlie has a health issue that may or may not be a problem in the future. On one of his rear legs, the knee is permanently out. It might need surgery later but, if you are able to keep his weight down, it might not be a problem. Right now, he moves well and loves being on the go. He has plenty of energy and is a sweet, happy Cavalier boy.
