Aina and Oreo in Carmichael, CA

Here are the pups with their new family…

Meet this sweet bonded duo, Aina and Oreo! Aina is a snuggly, loving 6 year old Blenheim Cavalier and Oreo is a laid back and affectionate 3 year old tricolor Cavalier. Both are retired breeder dogs and were spayed/neutered and had dentals while in rescue. Both are heart healthy and ready to find their forever home.

Aina has a soft and fluffy coat with a quirky, one ear shorter than the other. She is the leader of this pack, she loves to be petted and follows her foster mom everywhere. Her house training is good but still a work in progress. She walks well on a leash and is crate trained but would love to sleep in the big bed. Aina weighs 15 lbs and is a healthy little gal.

Oreo is her bonded buddy and best friend forever! He is a mellow, get along with everybody kind of guy. He had an old injury before coming into rescue where his right front ankle was broken and was never set right so he can’t bear weight on it. We took him to an orthopedic specialist vet that said nothing could be done now. He has adjusted well and is not in pain but does have a cute bunny hop walk. He can still take short walks and is good on a leash. He is a house trained pro if let out every few hours and like Aina is crate trained but would love to be allowed on the people bed. This handsome boy is healthy other than the limp and he weighs 18 lbs.

Aina and Oreo love car rides and are great with other dogs, children and even cats! This darling duo are two peas in a pod and are full of love and generous in sharing their love. They eager to find a home where they can be together forever. They need a family that is home most of the time and have a fenced yard.
