Meet sweet Charlie!

Charlie is a six-year-old male Cavalier with the heart, energy and joy of a much younger dog. He was born on October 9, 2019.

Since settling into his foster home, he has truly opened up and shown everyone what a sweet, happy, loving boy he is.

Charlie has the best personality and always seems to be smiling. He loves toys, walks, and anything that gives him the chance to chase squirrels and bunnies.

He is active, curious, and playful, but also has a very affectionate side. Charlie loves his people, and will happily follow you around the house just to be near you.

He knows his name and will come running when he’s called. He seems to really enjoy hearing it, and just loves being included in whatever is going on.

One of the cutest things about Charlie is that he has started “talking” when he is ready for mealtime. He loves his food and has no problem letting you know, in the sweetest way possible, that dinner should not be delayed.

Charlie enjoys hunting squirrels with his foster brother, but he is just as happy being close to his humans.

Charlie loves sleeping in bed and will greet you each morning with sweet kisses.

He is housebroken, and has had only one accident in his foster home.

Charlie weighs twenty-four pounds and is at a good, healthy weight. He is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped and on heartworm preventatives. He recently had a dental procedure where two teeth were removed. He has been taking Zyrtec for some seasonal allergies. He has a healthy heart with no murmur detected.

Charlie is the absolute sweetest and kindest boy. If you are looking for a loving, happy, playful companion and are ready to open your heart to a wonderful Cavalier, Charlie may be the right dog for you.
