Meet Daisy, a sweet Cavalier looking for her forever home. Daisy is a stunning tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a heart as big as her soulful eyes. At about 4 years old, she’s the perfect mix of gentle affection and playful spirit. Daisy came into rescue after her previous owners could no longer care for her, and now she’s ready to start a new chapter with a loving family.

When Daisy arrived, she was dealing with ear infections and chronic allergies that made her uncomfortable and itchy. Thanks to dedicated care, her ears are healthy, and her allergies are now managed with simple eye drops and medication. She’s up-to-date on vaccinations and recently had a dental procedure where 20 teeth were removed. She’s feeling better than ever and back to playing with toys!

Daisy is a true snuggle bug who loves being close to her people. Whether it’s curling up on the couch while you watch TV or riding shotgun in the car, she’s happiest when she’s by your side. She enjoys long walks (though she’s still working on her leash manners) and loves playing with toys. Occasionally, she’ll engage in a friendly game of tug with her foster brother.

She likes being outside with you, but she can be a little mischievous—digging and nibbling on plants is her guilty pleasure. Daisy has a funny habit of eating snow and ice in the backyard!

Daisy is learning basic commands like “sit” and “wait,” but she’ll need continued training and guidance. She thrives in a calm, quiet home where someone is around to spend time with her. Daisy gets along well with her two foster brothers but didn’t do well with a very hyper female dog, so a peaceful environment is best. She hasn’t been exposed to children or cats in her foster home.

Nevada does not receive a lot of rescues therefore, we will strive to give Nevada residents first priority. If we do not find an acceptable candidate in Nevada, however, we will give all out of state applicants the chance to apply to adopt Daisy.
