Darla in Wilmington, DE

Here is Darla with her new family…

Darla is a 1 year old, tricolor Cavalier that is such a darling! She loves to spend time outside chasing squirrels with her fellow house mates and equally loves spending time on your lap binge watching your favorite show. She adapts to many situations with ease. She is an excellent snuggler and sleeps well through the night.

Darla loves to take car rides and will happily accompany you on any adventure. She gets excited to take a walk in the park and loves to greet everyone along the way. Darla loves to play with toys and can entertain herself with a good chew toy.

Darla is in excellent health. She is 20 lbs, spayed, and up to date on her vaccines. During her spay, the Vet noted she is sensitive to Hydromorphone and Dexmedatomidine.

Darla was given up due to allergies, but nothing noted by her previous Vet. The foster home confirmed that she has an intolerance to chicken based food products. She is fed a venison dry dog food and loves it. Darla is potty trained and will show you signs when she wants to go outside.

Darla has been exposed to many dogs and loves to interact with them. In her foster home, she resides with Guinea Pigs and is very curious about them. She has not been introduced to cats. The ideal family for Darla would be attentive and loving. As with most Cavaliers, she doesn’t like to be alone, so it would be great if she had a playmate of similar age and temperament.
