Here are the pups with their new dad…

Meet Milo and Charlie, a devoted pair searching for a loving home where they can stay together. At 8  years old (Milo) and 9 (Charlie), they may be a bit slower they used to be, but their spirit and affection are as strong as ever. Milo and Charlie are incredibly friendly, get along well with other pets, and are great with people of all ages. They love lounging around, taking walks, and enjoying the occasional treat.

Charlie has a little more pep in his step. He absolutely loves small tennis balls and is more playful than Milo, although he is just as content to lay on your lap. Charlie weighs 18lbs.

Milo loves walks, but he gets winded easier than Charlie. 1/2 mile at a time is his max. He will occasionally play with toys but mostly enjoys lounging around and napping. Milo weighs 26 lbs.

Charlie & Milo have been well-loved and well-cared-for, but they’re now looking for a home where they can relax and be pampered for their golden years. They are house-trained and enjoy a routine that includes some quiet time, a bit of light exercise, and lots of affection. They would do best with someone home with them during the day. Charlie will scratch at the door for a bit when you leave and really doesn’t like to be left alone very long. They can go up and down stairs, but a 1 story home would be ideal for these boys.

Both Charlie and Milo have been diagnosed with low grade heart murmurs, a common condition in Cavaliers that may require ongoing veterinary care and monitoring. Despite this, they are still active and enjoy their daily routines. Their heart murmurs don’t stop them from being loving and affectionate, but they do need a home that can provide them with the gentle care they require.
