Weighing in at just 4 pounds and being just 14 weeks old, this spirited little pup has already shown incredible resilience, having undergone emergency surgery to remove his eye. Despite his challenges, Popeye is full of life and loves to play! 🐾💕

Popeye is a very active little guy who loves to play and explore. His high energy and zest for life make him a perfect fit for a home that can match his enthusiasm. We are seeking a family with another dog companion for him to play with, as he thrives in an environment where he can stay active and engaged.

Due to his petite size, it’s important that his new home keeps a close eye on him—he’s had a few scares after aspirating on water and developing pneumonia, so a family that understands his needs are essential.

We are fully committed to providing Popeye with the best possible care and finding him a forever home where he can continue to thrive.
