Here is the pup with his new family…
Meet Timothy- this sweet snuggly 3 year old Ruby boy came into rescue after he was retired from breeding. He is from a commercial kennel in Lancaster county and the farmer usually retires all of his breeding dogs by age 4.
While in rescue, Timothy was neutered, microchipped and brought up to date on his vaccines. He is currently at an ideal weight at 15 lbs. His appearance was a little dull when he first came into rescue but with a better diet he is now sporting a nice dark ruby coat. He is in good health, house trained, and doesn’t mind being groomed.
Timothy can be a bit shy at first but it doesn’t take him long to warm up to new people. He is a very sweet boy. He doesn’t even mind car rides, going to the vet or even the cats that he met while in foster care. He has been around several other Cavaliers and has been quite the polite gentleman.
He is currently working on commands. He loves to stand on his back legs and twirl for attention. Timothy enjoys being able to explore outdoors so a secure fenced in yard would be preferred.
