Please help us continue to offer those Cavaliers in need of our services a new start by donating to Cavalier Rescue USA today. It’s easier than ever…
Just click on the button below, and make a donation using your credit card or paypal account.
With the number of Cavaliers coming into rescue rising with each passing year, and skyrocketing veterinary costs, we need your help more than ever.
In addition to making donations via credit card or PayPal, you can also send contributions directly to us at the following address:
c/o Carolyn Stigler, 1345 Eagle Run Drive, Sanibel, FL 33957.
Please make checks out to CKCSCR, Inc. If you have questions about donating, please call Carolyn at (239) 395-3601.
We are a non-profit organization and about 95-98% of our donations go directly towards the care of the dogs in our program. The remainder helps to pay for bills related to things like our website expenses, office supplies, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and insurance.
If you'd like to contribute to a specific dog's care, versus a general donation, please take a look at the dogs we have posted where we are asking for donations toward their care. Please note, while we keep track of dog specific donations as best we can, on occasion a dog will get more donations than the final cost of their vet bills. Extra donations go towards other dogs in need, so let us know if that is not your wish for your contribution.
Other ways to donate...
Consider adding Cavalier Rescue USA to your will. Our legal name for that purpose is Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club Rescue, Inc., and our tax id number is: 01-0856114.
Also, please let us know if your organization has a matching gifts program.
A $150 donation pays for the vet exam, heartworm check and vaccinations for one rescued Cavalier.
A $450 donation pays for the spay/neuter of a dog in our care.
A $550 donation pays for the typical rescue dog’s care (some combination of exam, vaccines, heart x-ray, medications, dental cleaning, and spay/neuter).
A $1500 donation contributes substantially towards a surgical procedure (the most common being patella surgery in our rescued Cavaliers).
Thank you for donating!
Also, consider doing your shopping and web searches through www.iGive.com/cavalierrescueusa This costs you nothing, but rescue gets a donation each time you search or buy through iGive, so please check it out.
