Princess in Powell, OH

Meet the playful, sweet Princess, who would love to become the princess of your home. Princess is a tricolor Cavalier who was born on 5/15/2020. She was given to Cavalier Rescue USA by her prior owner who thought she’d be happier in a less chaotic environment.

 

 

Shortly after coming to Cavalier Rescue USA, it was discovered Princess has Diabetes. Her foster has been working with the vet to get Princess’s blood sugars more regulated. Princess has been accepting her twice a day shots wonderfully. Her new owner will have to continue to watch her blood sugar and closely monitor what Princess eats. While at the vet, Princess got up to date on her vaccinations, was microchipped, and started on flea and heartworm preventatives. 

 

 

Since coming to her foster home, Princess has blossomed. She enjoys cuddling and following her foster mom around. She also loves to play with her toys with her foster dad. Princess has been around gentle kids and gets along great with them.

 

 

Princess has had zero accidents since she learned her foster home and rings her bell to go outside. Princess does not enjoy being left alone, so a family with someone who is home most of the time would be ideal.

 

 

Princess enjoys going on walks, and likes to bark hello at everyone. She would love a fenced backyard to run and play in. She has been interested in fellow dogs on walks, but her foster home does not have any other pets. Her foster mom believes Princess would do well with other dogs. She has not been cat tested.
