Flower in Dallas, TX

Flower’s spirited, 11-year-young demeanor is the perfect blend of chill contentment and inquisitive explorer. She navigates the world with cheerful determination and a joyful heart, allowing her nose to lead the way! She is a tricolor Cavalier mix spayed female.

Doggy doors lead Flower to her Zen place, laying in a sunny spot in the grass;  evenings spent snuggled on the couch with belly rubs aplenty make her the happiest girl in the world.

While her eyes may have dimmed with age, and she may be napping too hard on occasion to hear you call her name, Flower’s spunky attitude and her unique version of happy doggy zoomies earned her the nickname Flower Power! Once she has mapped the lay of the land in a new place, Flower could surprise even Christopher Columbus with her navigation abilities. Don’t let her age be a hindrance – she certainly doesn’t think it is!

Flower’s delight is meeting other pups and she has yet to meet a stranger – whether 2 legged or 4. Car rides are a breeze, giving her a cornucopia of scents to savor (and a little wind in her hair!). Have a peanut butter dog chewy? She might make you her new bestie if they’re available daily.

Butt scratches will have Flower dancing in delight, responding with enthusiastic tail wags and sweet kisses in return. Flower Power thrives on gentle affection, cozy naps, and leisurely strolls where she explores at her own delightful pace. Her resilience is inspiring, her personality irresistible, and her companionship truly heartwarming.

Flower would flourish in a calm, nurturing home where she can continue to show off just how amazing special pets with unique talents like hers can be.

She came to us needing a lot of medical care.  She has had a dental, treated for irritated skin, treated for ear infections and we continue to use an ear wash weekly, has gotten up to date on vaccines, seen an eye specialist, and was treated for heart worms.  She is now feeling so much better.  She is vision impaired and we think sees some shadows. She gets a bit of stiffness in her rear end and we give her carprofen which really helps.

Are you ready to open your heart and home to the fabulous Flower Power? She promises endless gratitude, cuddles, and a daily reminder that love conquers all.
