Sophia is a 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with the sweetest Ruby coat and an even sweeter personality. She recently retired from her life as a breeding dog and is ready to start her next chapter as a beloved family companion.
Sophia is a wonderful mix of playful and cuddly. She has bursts of happy, high energy between her naps, and when she’s done playing, she’s more than ready to curl up for snuggles. She loves going on walks, meeting new friends, and wants to say hello to every cat, dog, and child she meets.
This smart girl is housebroken, crate trained, and already knows “sit.” She’s both toy- and praise-motivated, making her a joy to train. Sophie was recently spayed and is currently on a weight-loss journey after arriving at 29 lbs. She is currently 27 lbs. She’s doing great and will thrive with continued support from her forever family.
Sophia would love a home where she and a playmate can enjoy daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. She will also need a fenced in yard and someone home during the day who can keep on diet/exercise routine for weight loss. In return, she’ll bring endless love, joy, and snuggles.
