Sarah in Wildwood, MO

Sarah is a beautiful petite fourteen-pound Blenheim Cavalier estimated to be three years old.

Her exact birthdate is unknown. Sarah came to rescue as a breeder release.

Sarah has the happy go-lucky energy of a young pup, but is also a total cuddle bug and wants to be on the nearest lap. She LOVES kids, and enjoys following around the kids (over six years old) in her foster home.

Sarah is a little nervous around new adults, particularly adult males, but is slowly learning to trust them. She has no issues with other dogs in the home. Sarah is a total people person.

Car rides and walks are Sarah’s new favorite things to do. She still doesn’t know what to do with toys, but will be excited when you, the kids, or other dogs are!

Potty accidents are becoming few and far between if she is kept on a schedule. Sarah has been easy to house train with positive praise.

Sarah is currently sleeping in a crate next to her foster family’s bed at night, but would prefer to sleep in the big bed with her forever family.

Sarah had Stage 3 periodontal disease. She had to have 27 teeth removed at her dental in August. She can still eat solid food, but it is very important to provide home dental care to maintain her health. Sarah has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines, and flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.

Sarah would do best in a home with a family that can give her a lot of attention, as she will demand it! She also has separation anxiety and would benefit from having someone home most of the day.

Sarah likes the hustle and bustle of a home with kids and other pets, but would also do well as an only dog. This sweet beauty is so deserving of a forever family!
