“Ayyyy!” Meet the coolest dude around, handsome 8 year old Fonzie, born on 9/17/17.

Fonzie is a sweet, affectionate companion who is ready to find a loving home where he can feel safe and secure again. After losing his beloved dad, Fonzie has shown just how deeply he bonds with his person—and he’s looking for someone who will cherish that same connection.

He has excellent potty manners, walks beautifully on a leash, and truly enjoys getting out for strolls. Fonzie does great with bigger dogs and is cat friendly, making him a wonderful fit for a variety of households.

Fonzie is in excellent health with a clear heart and he just had a dental.  He weighs 25 lbs and currently working on shedding a few extra pounds with regular walks and a balanced routine. He is also deaf, but it has not been an issue—he navigates his world well and responds beautifully to visual cues and routine.

Because of his strong attachment style, Fonzie does experience separation anxiety. He will thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time—ideally someone looking for a loyal, loving lap dog who just wants to be by your side.
