Meet the dynamic duo, Wrisker and Snuggles!
Wrisker and Snuggles are enthusiastic members of the “Clean Plate Club” and will happily — and persistently — announce mealtimes, even when dinner was served five minutes ago! Both are currently working toward healthier weights with a lower-calorie diet and regular exercise in their foster home. Their new owner should be committed to helping them continue to lose weight as they weigh 21 & 22 lbs. Wrisker has a Grade 3 heart murmur. Snuggles, however, is what the Cavalier community affectionately calls a “unicorn”— she has a perfect heart! Both came to rescue with dental disease and have had dental cleanings while in foster care. Both dogs are up-to-date on immunizations and preventatives.
Wrisker and Snuggles are true to their breed; they are affectionate, people-oriented companions who quickly make it clear that their favorite place is right by your side. They enjoy following you from room to room, curling up beside you on the couch, and being included in whatever the household is doing. Both are great with dogs of all sizes. Wrisker also has a playful side with toys, while Snuggles is especially devoted to staying close.
Daily life with Wrisker and Snuggles is easy and full of companionship. Once they learn the household routine, they are fully potty trained and settle comfortably into a rhythm of meals, potty breaks, naps, and plenty of cuddle time. They would thrive in a situation where someone is home most of the day, and they can receive lots of affection and continue enjoying life together.
