Meet Bobby: Professional Snoozer & Fetch Champion! 

Looking for a personal shadow, an elite backyard athlete, and a professional cuddler all rolled into one? This handsome 3-year-old, neutered, Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is  officially searching for his forever couch! 

Bobby came to rescue when his owner moved to assisted living and could no longer care for him. He is a sweet, devoted boy who is a wonderful companion.

Bobby is up-to-date on his immunizations and preventatives. At 34 lbs, he does need to lose some weight and his new owner should be committed to helping him continue his weight loss journey. While in foster care he has been treated for Lyme disease and hookworms, although he exhibited no symptoms of either, his tests detected their presence. 

Bobby has two speeds: total playtime enthusiasm and deep-sleep mode. He will happily fetch a tennis ball until your arm gets tired, and he’s an absolute dream on walks. Once playtime is over, he transforms into the ultimate lap dog — complete with the most adorable, gentle little snores when he falls asleep. 

Bobby is a  sensitive soul who can be a bit jumpy around loud or odd noises. He’ll thrive in a relatively calm, peaceful household where he can feel secure. He’s the perfect age: past the puppy chewing phase, but with plenty of playful years ahead! A fenced yard for chasing balls, exploring and adventures is on this boy’s wish list! He is used to having someone home with him most of the day, so a stay-at-home mom or dad, someone who works from home or an active retiree would be a great fit. Bobby loves people, dogs and children,  tennis balls, lap time, walks, and afternoon naps. He prefers to be unconfined in the house and does not use a crate. He is trustworthy and able to be on his own.

Bobby has the soft eyes, squishable face and amazing personality of the Cavalier. More importantly, he has the heart of a loyal, steadfast, faithful friend.
