Bunny and Blaze in Hendersonville, TN

Meet Bunny and Blaze. This bonded pair came to Cavalier Rescue USA as an owner surrender after family members developed allergies. Both are crate trained, house trained, do well on a leash and are very affectionate.

Bunny is a beautiful 3-year-old Blenheim female. Weighing in at 23 pounds, she’s a sturdy girl with a deep need to be close to her people, always. A certified snuggle expert, Bunny will press close at every opportunity, nuzzling into laps, curling beside you on the couch, or simply following you from room to room like your fluffy shadow. Affectionate and loyal to the core, Bunny forms deep bonds with the people she loves. That devotion sometimes shows up as protectiveness, especially when it comes to her person or her food.

Blaze is the perfect name for this 6-year-old Ruby male with a bold spirit and a heart full of determination. Weighing in at a lean, lively 17 pounds, Blaze might be small in size but he’s mighty in attitude, especially when it comes to protecting his backyard. Squirrels, deer, rabbits—no intruder escapes his watchful eyes. He loves his belly rubs! Blaze will be a faithful and loyal companion. He has been diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur that will require regular vet visits and medication.

Blaze and Bunny would do well together as only dogs in the home and older, calmer children. Blaze would love a fenced yard for exploration. Both are up to date on vaccinations, preventatives and are micro chipped. Blaze and Bunny are both fixed as well.
