Meet Chase! Chase is a Blenheim Cavalier who was born on November 20, 2023. He came to Cavalier Rescue USA through a Good Samaritan. His adorable freckles and sweet puppy pounce will be sure to win you over! He always wants to be wherever you are and is happy following his foster family around, snuggling in for a nap, or playing with the other dogs. He is outgoing and friendly with people and other animals.

Chase is a smart puppy and is making good progress at potty training. He enjoys being outside and exploring to see how many twigs he can find. He loves to chew and we are working on chewing appropriate toys rather than shoes and human fingers! He is very playful and likes to fetch, play tug, and chase! As an added bonus, if you have any missing socks in your home Chase will be sure to find them for you!

Chase would do best in a patient home who has the time to dedicate to training a puppy where he gets lots of playtime, snuggles, and attention. He would do well as an only dog or with a playful partner.

Chase is doing really well learning to walk on a leash. He is also an excellent eater! Meal times are his favorite time of day. He is very treat motivated and loves chew type treats.

He is pretty adventurous. He has enjoyed  long car rides, camping, and canoeing with his foster family. He does well with kids, strangers, and new dogs. His least favorite things are baths and his crate, but he manages with both.

He is up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm and flea tick preventives and has been given a clean bill of health following a treatment for intestinal parasites. His forever family will be required and must agree to have him neutered at about 9 or 10 months. He is currently too young for that procedure.
