Finn and Gus in Santa Rosa, CA

Hello! We’re Finn and  Gus, two-year-old bonded Ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel brothers. We’re on the hunt for a forever family that understands two Cavaliers are always better than one!

Our birthday is February 19, 2024.

We’ve spent our lives together, and we take our brotherly duties very seriously. Whether we’re wrestling, napping, exploring the backyard, or following our humans from room to room, we’re happiest when we’re together. Because of our special bond, we must be adopted as a pair.

Our personalities complement each other perfectly. One of us is usually the first to investigate something new, while the other is close behind saying, “If my brother thinks it’s safe, count me in!” Together, we provide endless entertainment, plenty of laughs, and double the cuddles.

We are crate-trained sleep quietly in our crates at night …although we both agree the big bed with our humans sounds like a much better arrangement.

We’re doing wonderfully with our house training! As long as we’re given multiple potty breaks throughout the day and kept on a consistent routine, we’ve been very successful. We’re also learning to walk on leashes! We’re making steady progress and will continue to improve with patience and regular practice.

We’re still young and continuing to build our social skills and confidence. We’ll need a family committed to helping us with positive socialization and ongoing training so we can become the best Cavaliers we can be.

Like most Cavaliers, we’re affectionate little shadows who love being close to our people.

If you move from the kitchen to the living room, we’ll happily escort you. Sit down on the couch? Perfect! We’ve been looking for a lap. Open a snack? Well, clearly you’ll need two official taste testers.

Our ideal family will be patient, loving, and committed to continuing our training while celebrating all the wonderful progress we’ve already made. We’re still young boys with lots to learn, but we’re eager to please and thrive with kindness, consistency, and encouragement.

In return, we promise unconditional love, endless tail wags, warm snuggles, and enough laughter to brighten even the toughest days. Fair warning: you’ll never walk through your house alone again, and your personal space may become a distant memory …but we’re pretty sure that’s part of our charm.
