Say hello to Hannah! Hannah is an incredibly sweet, playful and cuddly five-year-old Cavalier.

Her sweet face matches her wonderfully sweet personality. Hannah came to rescue from a puppy mill where she was used for breeding. In just two months time Hannah has really adapted to the good life of living with a loving family.

Hannah loves running around her foster home’s yard. She would love to have another dog at her forever home to run with and learn things from. For the first few days in her foster home, she hid in her foster Mom’s office. After watching her foster Cavaliers interact with the family, she decided it was safe to come out and see what family life was all about.

Hannah continues to watch the other Cavaliers to see what she is supposed to do in certain situations.

Hannah loves going for walks. When she first came into rescue she didn’t know what a leash was, but now she gets so excited whenever her foster Mom asks “Who wants to go for a walk?”

She has also learned how fun it is to chase toys with her foster Cavalier siblings. Every night the Cavalier antics crack-up her foster parents.

When Hannah isn’t running and playing, she likes to cuddle up on a soft dog bed, human bed or pillow. She loves her dog bed and laying on the couch snuggled up next to her foster Mom. She really likes to burrow between her foster Mom and the back of the couch. It is so sweet!

Hannah is doing great with house breaking at her foster home. She is starting to get good at walking close to the back door to let her humans know that she needs to go. Her new home will need to be patient with her as she adjusts to new routines.

Hannah’s foster family has two Cavaliers, an eleven-year-old human girl and a nine-year-old human boy. Hannah did not know what to think boy at first. She has really come around to him, but still gets a little nervous if he gets the zoomies. Because of this, she would do best in a home without very young children, but could be a great companion for older kids (ages eight and up) who are gentle and respectful with dogs.

Hannah is a healthy Cavalier. She has undergone a full vet check and is up to date on vaccines. She just underwent a spay and dental procedure.
