Lady & Angel in Skaneateles, NY

Meet Lady and Angel, a bonded pair of 2-year-old sweethearts looking for their forever home. These girls are loving littermates born 09/14/2022 and recently released from very devoted owners whose work schedule no longer allowed them to give these girls the time they deserve. Though it was an extremely difficult decision, they are thrilled to know that these beautiful Cavaliers will find a wonderful new family to meet their needs.  These two cuties are ready to bring double the joy to one lucky family!

Angel is a playful pup, curious, bright-eyed, and always ready to chase a toy or explore. She plays fetch as well as any Retriever! She’s an active and healthy girl that weighs 17 lbs.

Lady is your classic Cavalier lap dog, gentle, calm, and most content snuggled with you. The vet said she has a grade 1 luxating patella on her right side but she shows no symptoms of this and no treatment is indicated. Also, the vet mentioned a heart murmur that was “barely audible” at the time of her visit. Lady weighs 15 lbs.

Both dogs are spayed and micro-chipped, and up-to-date on core vaccines and preventatives.  

Together, these girls strike the perfect balance of fun and affection. Both are fully house-trained, pen-trained, and have wonderful manners inside their foster home. They love daytime naps in their pen, and have worked on overnight adjustments as they were raised sleeping with their human in the big bed. They arrived in foster care with a nice foundation in training of basic commands and appear eager to learn more!  

The girls are interacting well with their four new Cavalier friends at the foster home. They lived with cats prior to their release. They are friendly to anyone who is looking to offer them some attention. They are calm and quiet in the car and wag nonstop during any outings. 

They’ve known nothing but love and are now looking for a forever family to share it with. Someone who is home much of the time is a must for these two love bugs ! Angel has requested someone who will play and engage with her. Lady has asked for someone who will love cuddles and puppy kisses!
