Loki in Richmond, TX

At 11 years young and just 18 pounds, Loki is a handsome tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a heart as sweet as they come! His most unique feature? One beautiful blue eye that makes him extra special. This petite gentleman is ready to find the forever home he deserves!

Loki came into rescue as an owner surrender and has spent the past couple of months getting healthy and preparing for his next chapter. Loki has a grade 3 heart murmur and is currently taking Vetmedin.  He has been treated for pancreatitis and skin issues, due to this Loki requires a special veterinary diet, Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Hydrolyzed Protein, to help manage his digestive and skin concerns. His forever family will need to continue his medication, special diet, and routine veterinary care.

Now for the fun part — Loki has the most easygoing personality! He’s a laid-back boy who is perfectly happy snoozing on a cozy blanket on the couch while his people are away. He can be trusted loose in the house and is wonderfully content to relax until you return. At bedtime, he would love to snuggle up in your bed, but he’s also happy to sleep peacefully in his crate through the night.

Loki gets along with dogs, cats, children, and adults, making him a lovely companion for many types of families. His ideal home would be one where someone is around most of the time to enjoy his sweet company.

Loki doesn’t ask for much — just a comfy place to nap, a loving human by his side, and a family willing to give a senior gentleman the care and affection he deserves.
