Maggie in Bagdad, KY

Maggie is a 1-year-old tricolor female Cavalier whose owner made the tough decision to surrender Maggie to rescue after she (the owner) received a medical diagnosis.

Maggie gets along well with other dogs (small and large), cats and even farm animals! Like most Cavaliers, she loves her person. She absolutely loves attention from anyone and everyone! Maggie loves being in your lap and having her belly rubbed.

Maggie is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all shots and received a clean bill of health from the veterinarian. She is crate trained and house broken. Maggie’s previous mom and her foster mom now, both work from home so she is used to being home throughout the day with people. However, she also does well in her crate while her foster mom leaves to go places.

Maggie does well on a leash, car rides and loves to play fetch with her ball. She loves all of her toys actually and tends to chew on things if she doesn’t have access to her toys as she is still in her puppy era.
