Maxine in Schertz, TX
Meet Maxine, an adorable 8 year-old Cavalier/Pug mix weighing in at 26 pounds. She came to us on short notice after her owner was in an urgent situation and could not keep her beloved pup.
Maxine is a sweet and happy girl who loves to please her humans. She loves lounging on the couch for a good snooze, but also enjoys her daily walks.
She is completely potty trained and sleeps peacefully in a crate in her foster parents bedroom at night. She came to us as an owner surrender and has since made a full recovery from a UTI and an ear infection. She is now fully cleared and healthy, according to our vet.
Maxine has blended in beautifully with her other three dogs in her foster home and two cats. She gets along wonderfully with children. She is very food motivated, gentle and ready to bring joy and companionship to her forever home.
