My name is Piper and I am a sweet and lovable female Tricolor Cavapoo puppy looking for her forever home! I am 4 months old (my birthday is 5-27-2026) and currently weigh 6 pounds. I was given to Cavalier Rescue USA by a breeder who wanted to make sure I find the best forever home. I’m a bouncy little puppy who hops around like a bunny and thinks life is one big game. I may only be 4 months old, but trust me — I already know what I want, and I’m not shy about telling you. I’ve got a cute, sassy streak that keeps everyone laughing, and I learn things fast because I’m smart, curious, and always paying attention.

I already know how to sit, ask for treats, and I’m very polite about waiting for my food to be served. I sleep in my crate at night and I don’t mind when I am in there when my foster family is not home for a few hours. Housetraining is still in progress; I go days without any accidents, but then, oops! Hey…I’m a puppy after all! I’m doing all the normal puppy things like chewing, exploring, and keeping you on your toes. My forever family will need to have patience and be committed to continuing my training since I am still young and puppies require a lot of work.

I love to play both with my human foster parents and my two human foster brothers who are 13 and 10 years old. I enjoy gentle children, but since I’m so small and likely will remain fairly small, I would be best with respectful, dog-savvy children ages 8+ who are going to be careful with me. I also have a 4-year-old Cavalier foster brother who I enjoy hanging out with and who has taught me some manners. I have a great appetite and I’m gaining weight as I should. When I went to the vet, I was told I have a perfect heart (no heart murmur or arrythmia) and excellent knees (no luxating patellas). I’m up to date on my core vaccines, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives and I was treated for giardia while in rescue. Nothing slows me down — I’m too busy bouncing, learning, and being adorable.

I get along with other dogs, but I’m still young and figuring out social rules. I’m sweet, but a little unpredictable, so I’ll do best with dogs who can put me in my place gently and help me learn good manners. I’m confident, bold, and full of personality, so having a dog who can guide me will help me grow into the best version of myself. I have learned to walk on a leash with a harness and enjoy going for walks around my foster family’s neighborhood. I also enjoy car rides and am a great traveler!
